Jenny Latex Mask - Wednesday version IN STOCK
Please read entire listing before purchasing.
This is an finished version of my Jenny Mask. She has been finished to look like Wednesday Addams. She features eyelashes, hair eyebrows, and a synthetic wig. The long black pigtail wig is glued on the front of the mask. The back is left loose to allow access to the zipper closure. Once you’ve zipped the mask on, you can pull the wig down to cover the zipper. Vision is through the eyeholes.
She is cast from Black Lagoon Latex .
This mask will comfortably fit heads up to 24”, though if your head is larger you may be able to get away with not fastening the zipper.
Please do not purchase this if you are allergic to latex.
For novelty use only.
Caring for your Latex Mask:
Latex is a natural rubber. It will break down eventually. However, if treated properly, this piece will give you years of wear.
Handle gently. While I’ve made every attempt to make this piece as sturdy as possible, it will tear if stretched beyond its capabilities
Store in a temperature controlled environment away from sunlight. Sunlight will cause latex to yellow and break down faster.
Store mask in its proper shape by placing it on a mannequin or with plastic bags inside. If mask becomes deformed, gently heat with a hair dryer on low and reshape into its proper form
Mask can be cleaned with a damp, soft towel. Do not use any solvents or cleaners as they may strip the paint. Clean with a light blotting motion. DO NOT SCRUB
Dust can be removed with an airduster.
Mask can be trimmed with a scissors to allow for a better fit or more natural look on the wearer. If trimming, round off any edges. If you need to cut a slit on an overhead mask, use a hole punch at the end of the slit to prevent the mask from tearing.
If your piece has hair, Don’t pull or tug at the hair. Hair is adhered using a glue on the surface, rough handling will cause this piece to shed.
Use fingers to lightly style/organize hair. Brushing or combing may cause hair to be pulled out.
If your mask has an attached wig (instead of individually glued hair), you can brush the wig with a wide-toothed wig comb and wig conditioner. Hold the hair just before the base so as not to pull at the wig where it is attached.
If the paint gets damaged, it can be touched up with Acrylics
If you have any questions, please email me at: micah@micahebbe.com
Pieces will ship in a box with packing material stuffed in the inside of the mask. This should prevent any major deformations. However, you may need to heat up this piece with a hair dryer in order to get it to snap back to its proper shape after shipping. The box size for this mask is to allow the mask to be shipped without folding it.
Masks are non-returnable, due to their personal nature. Please reach out to me with any questions micah@micahebbe.com
