Silicone Zombie Mask with Fully Punched Hair

This zombie had a stylish new ‘do… until parts of his scalp started to fall off….

My silicone masks are based off of a uniquely engineered core, and cast from my own sculptures. Each mask is custom-tinted and painted, making each iteration a one-of-a-kind creation. This mask is made of platinum-based, skin-safe silicone. It best fits heads between 22” and 24”, but will fit larger or smaller heads, due to the stretchy nature of silicone. It is cast over a power mesh headsock, which will help prevent deformation when wearing and make the mask more durable and longer lasting.

The hairwork on this zombie is dip-punched synthetic hair that has been sealed on the interior as well. This means that the hair is thoroughly rooted in the mask. However, there may be some initial shedding as loose (non-rooted) hair falls away. While the hair is well adhered, I advise against aggressively pulling on the hair or trying to pull it out by individual strands. Use a soft brush when brushing the hair so as not to damage the silicone.

As with all silicone masks, they will last forever, if they are treated well. Take care not to tug on eye, nostril and mouth holes, not to expose mask to sharp objects, and to avoid abrasions or repeated friction, and your mask will give you years of wear and performances.

Masks may be sanitized between uses with rubbing alcohol- best applied using a spray bottle. Mild dirt can be lightly wiped off with baby wipes. If you need a deeper cleaning, wash/soak with mild dish soap and warm water and blotted dry (do not rub with a towel).

As with all silicone masks, these are a novelty creation. They do not offer any form of protection and should not be used in place of a helmet or protective gear. Do not drive while wearing masks, or engage in risky behavior.
